DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT: 
The Department is having a team of qualified engineers, supported by skilled Draughtsmen and Engineering Staff. After the layout is frozen, the basic engineering and detail design of the equipments is carried out on the most optimum calculations. All the engineering drawings for components are prepared to strict quality standards. 

INSPECTION AND QUALITY CONTROL: 
B.S. Mechanical Works has complete in house facilities for physical & chemical testing of material composition, ultrasonic testing and all tools and gauges for machining at every stage of production. The end product is thus guaranteed. All our consignments are despatched under Company warranty of quality. We have a well equipped production unit that is supervised by trained professionals. We use statistical quality control system. We start our quality control program from the moment steel enters our yard.

We inspect and sample the raw steel, the in process product and the completed product.

EACH PRODUCT IS CHECKED FOR QUALITY AND PERFECT FITMENT BY QUALIFIED TECHNICAL STAFF.
